Music Composition & Music Library Project
An important issue is the provision of music and importantly the opportunity to encourage and develop children composition of music – a very significant opportunity for creativity:
- We will collaborate with local composers and give opportunities for them, co-opt their support as composition tutors to help support a composition school to assist young children to write and compose pieces of music which can be performed by the Sistema youth orchestras and choirs.
- It is vitally important that the youth involved can experience the joy of composing their own music too.
- We will develop a music library to support the extensive musical requirements of the youth and community orchestras and choirs making it a far easier and cheaper proposition for the children's orchestra's and choirs to quickly and easily obtain music for their programmes.
